In partnership with Related Companies/Oxford Properties Group and Wynn Resorts, Wynn New York City will unlock the full potential of Hudson Yards West, filling in an empty railyard and establishing an economic engine that provides careers for thousands of New Yorkers and meaningful benefits for all sectors of the community.
The Largest Economic and Infrastructure Catalyst
Wynn New York City’s proposal maximizes the economic and social benefit for New Yorkers by creating thousands of good-paying, permanent career jobs in Manhattan, while generating billions in investment and tax revenue to support New York critical services.
This project will create the most unionized construction jobs of any proposal for New York.
New, permanent, good-paying jobs with full benefits will be available in the resort to local residents across multiple professions at Wynn New York City.
Hudson Yards West
Our proposal will have community reinvestment as its focus, from Hudson Green – 5.6-acres of publicly accessible, contiguous open space with access to the Javits Center, and nearby parks – to a strategy to enhance transportation and ensure safety. Our comprehensive plan will be announced when Wynn and Related submit our full application to the New York State Gaming Facility Location Board.
